HOW DO I PURCHASE A BLASTPASS card?
- DAY OF FESTIVAL: Blast Pass cards can be purchased with any credit amount on the day of the Festival at any of our 9 Blast Pass Booths located in the showgrounds. . The Blast Pass Booths will be blue and white small buildings. Select Blast Pass Booths will open at 8:00 a.m. on Fair Day.
HOW DOES THE BLASTPASS card WORK?
Credits are purchased for Blast Pass cards using cash or credit cards. As you make food and beverage purchases, the vendor will scan your blast pass card and credits will be deducted from the blast pass card. That vendor will be able to show you on their device the amount deducted and the amount of credits remaining on your blast pass card. If you run out of credits, you can always add more at any of the 9 Blast Pass Booths throughout the showgrounds.
WHERE CAN I USE MY BLASTPASS card?
- FOOD/BEVERAGES: Blast Pass is the only form of payment accepted for food and beverage. The Rio Grande Valley Livestock Show is no longer accepting cash or debit/credit cards for food/beverage.
- CARNIVAL: Blast Pass is the only form of payment accepted for Carnival. The Rio Grande Valley Livestock Show is no longer accepting cash or debit/credit cards for Carnival.
- RGVLS GENERAL STORE: Blast Pass is the only form of payment accepted for General Store merchandise items.
- RETAIL VENDORS: (Exhibit Hall & Event Center) Cash & Debit/Credit Cards will be accepted. NO BLAST PASS cards will be accepted here.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY BLASTPASS card?
If you lose your Blast Pass card, you lose your credits. There will be NO REFUNDS/RETURNS ACCEPTED.
HOW LONG ARE MY CREDITS GOOD FOR?
Credits are valid during the entire length of the show. March 9-19 2023. You will not be able to carry over to next year.
HOW DO I RELOAD MY BLASTPASS CARD?
You can reload your Blast Pass card at any of the 9 Blast Pass Booths marked with a large blue sign throughout the showgrounds.
CAN I GET A REFUND ON THE CREDITS THAT I DON'T USE?
No. There is a no refund policy. All credits MUST BE used during 2024 RGVLS show March 7-17, 2024. Please keep in mind that all unused credit balances go to support the RGVLS Youth Programs.
