Merchandise & Food Vendor Application

The 2024 Rio Grande Valley Livestock Show & Rodeo provides an excellent opportunity for merchandise, promotion, and food vendors to market their products to over 300,000 people that pass through our gates during this 11-day event. Our vendor opportunities include the following venues:

Exhibit Hall (+/- 150 spaces) - merchandise and promotion (cannot be any ready-to-eat products, e.g. food)
Event Center (+/- 20 spaces) - merchandise and promotion (cannot be any ready-to-eat products, e.g. food)
Vendor Plaza (+/- 85 spaces) - any type of savory or sweet food products that are ready-to-eat

Please follow the link below and complete Vendor Application. Application deadline is December 15, 2023. This is an application, not a lease agreement or guarantee of space. If you have any questions, please call the office at (956) 565-2456. Rules and restrictions apply to all vendors, including sales permits, health permits, and insurance where applicable. Additional fees apply.

NEW! Artisan Market - A new Artisan Market will host hand-crafted artisan products. This marketplace will feature high-quality products (non-food) that are made and sold by the artisans themselves. The market will feature only a small group of vendors with specific products that are unique and special (no resale items, please). The market will include ambient music and a wine/beer bar. Independent marketing “rack cards” will also be distributed for this new feature at our fair. Space is limited to 20 artisans.
