The
2027 Rio Grande Valley Livestock Show & Rodeo (
March 11-21, 2027) provides an excellent opportunity for merchandise, promotion, and food vendors to market their products to over 400,000 people that pass through our gates during this 11-day event. Our vendor opportunities include the following venues:
- Exhibit Hall (+/- 150 indoor spaces) - merchandise and promotion (no ready-to-eat products, e.g. food)
- Youth Center (+/- 15 indoor spaces) - merchandise and promotion (allow only pre-sealed food items, no onsite prep)
- Vendor Plaza (+/- 85 outdoor spaces) - any type of savory or sweet food products that are ready-to-eat.

Rules and restrictions apply to all vendors, including sales permits, health permits, and insurance where applicable. Additional fees apply.
Merch Vendor Spaces
These booths include the Exhibit Hall and the Youth Center locations. Available vendor spaces are as follows:
- 10x10 = $1,000 Rental Fee (100 sq ft)
- 10x20 = $1,500 Rental Fee (200 sq ft)
- 10x30 = $2,000 Rental Fee (300 sq ft)
- 10x40 = $2,500 Rental Fee (400 sq ft)
- 10x50 = $3,000 Rental Fee (500 sq ft)

Food Vendor & Outside Non-Food Vendor SpacesFood Vendor & Outside Non-Food Vendors are located in the Vendor Plaza. Spaces are assigned based on applications and approved space requirements by individual vendors. Vendors fees are 20% of taxable sales.
