2024 Lil' Miss Cowgirl

The Lil' Miss Cowgirl Contest will be held during the 2024 Rio Grande Valley Livestock Show in the Frances R. Cooper Event Center on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. Contestants must arrive no later than 6:00 p.m. in full costume for the contest. Failure to do so will result in disqualification of contestant. Please no jeweled headbands, tiaras or hats.

Deadline for entry is Monday, January 15, 2024 by 4:30 p.m., or until all age group spots are filled.

For registered contestants only...day of the event Sat. 3/7/24:

• Registered Contestants should report not later than 6pm to the 2nd floor of the Frances Cooper Event Center Ballroom.
• A brief rehearsal will be conducted by Cover Girl & Court @ 6pm
• Lil' Miss Cowgirl event starts @ 7pm, open to the public (free) with paid admission to the showgrounds (parking + one-day or season pass)
