Fall is definitely a fun season! Weather changes, harvest season, pumpkins, and SCARECROWS! RGVLS is excited to announce our Fall Fest Build Your Own Scarecrow Contest!
RGVLS will be holding a “Build Your Own Scarecrow” competition. We are inviting all interested youths to participate. Scarecrows will be displayed during our 3rd Annual RGVLS Fall Festival October 26-29, 2023. Attendees of the Fall Festival will be casting votes on their favorite scarecrow. Cash awards will be given to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners.
