The Lil' Miss Cowgirl Contest will be held in the Rio Grande Valley Livestock Show Event Center at 7:00 p.m. Saturday, March 11, 2023. Contestants must arrive no later than 6:00 p.m. that evening, and be already dressed for the contest. Failure to do so will result in disqualification of contestant. Please no jeweled headbands, tiaras or hats.
